Promising newcomers: Senior —Brady Whetzel (5-10); Juniors — Adam Vining (6-1), Becket Wagner (6-7), Isaac Dean (5-5), Louis Allen (5-10).

Outlook: Balanced scoring and a commitment to defense will be key to the Saints getting back to the Western C tournament. They have good size, and the improvement of the 6-foot-7 Wagner should help give them another presence in the paint on both ends and battle on the boards. With a year of Flaherty’s system under their belts, they should be ready to push the pace more consistently and commit to the pressure defense to force the tempo.
