Coach: Craig Jipson (ninth year)

Last year’s record: 15-3, lost in Eastern A quarterfinal.

Returning players: SeniorKory Norcross (5-8 guard);  Juniors — Brooke Reynolds (5-8 forward), Tianna Harriman (5-6 guard), Cali Murray (5-6 guard), Molly Murray (5-6 guard), Eraleena Hairston (5-10 forward), Nicole Ouellette (5-7 forward); Sophomores — Emily Jacques (5-11 forward), Sarah Hammond (5-5 guard), Karlie Stubbs (5-9 forward).

Key losses: Ashlee Arnold (guard), Kate Sawyer (guard).

Promising newcomers: Sophomore — Francesca Haines (5-7 guard); Freshmen — Jordyn Reynolds (5-11 forward), Olivia Jensen (5-5 guard), Kaylee Jipson (5-3 guard).

Outlook: The Red Eddies lost to significant contributors in Arnold and Sawyer. That’s two all-conference players and 1,500 career points. EL still returns a young  promising team that could make some noise. Norcross is a four-year starter while Reynolds, Harriman, Jacques and Hairston have proven themselves regularly at the varsity level. EL may be less of a shooting team than in the past and could push the ball a little more. The Red Eddies should still be solid defensively and tough inside.
