PARIS — A Mexico man pleaded guilty to a gross sexual assault charge Thursday in Oxford County Superior Court.
Alan Chimsky-Lustig, 21, of Sun Valley Circle, faces up to 30 years in jail and a fine of up to $50,000.
He was arrested in April 2013 and accused of sexually assaulting a boy under 12 years old.
In court Thursday, Assistant District Attorney Richard Beauchesne said the assault occurred in February 2013, and Mexico police began investigating the case after the victim reported the crime.
According to Beauchesne, Chimsky-Lustig admitted the crime to investigators and signed a written confession, evidence the prosecution intended to use if the case had gone to trial.
Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 14.
