PARIS — Crystal West sunk five three pointers to add to her 19 points, as Oxford Hills ran past Lewiston 50-33 in a girls’ basketball tilt on Tuesday night.

Anna Winslow notched 14 points for the Vikings who improve to 7-3 on the season. Oxford Hills went up by 13 at the half and was paced by strong a strong defense throughout the game to secure the victory.

Brie Wilson led the Blue Devils (2-9) in scoring with 11, five of which came from the charity stripe.

Poland 59, Kennebunk 32

KENNEBUNK — Michaella Arsenault drained a game high 20 points to lead Poland to a 59-32 victory over Kennebunk in girls’ basketball action Tuesday.

Emily and Sarah Bolduc paced the Knights (7-4) with 15 and 10 points respectively. Poland showed strong team defense and a high scoring third quarter to secure the win.

Leavitt 40, Morse 28

TURNER — The Hornets got out to an early lead after the first quarter and kept pace as Leavitt topped Morse 40-28 in a girls’ basketball matchup.

Senior point guard Meagan Dow netted 15 points to lead the Hornets (6-5) in scoring, while Tasha Cloutier chipped in 10, nine of which came from behind the arc. Dow made her presence known with 7 rebounds and 5 steals, while teammate Chantel Eells grabbed nine boards to go along with her eight points.

Edward Little 51, Mt. Ararat 40

AUBURN — Kory Norcross posted a game-high 15 points in a match up that came down to the fourth quarter with Edward Little coming out on top of Mt. Ararat 51-40 in a girls’ KVAC basketball tilt.

Brooke Reynolds was clutch on Tuesday night, hitting seven free throws, three of which came down in the fourth quarter to seal the deal for the Red Eddies (10-1).

Fryeburg 43, Gray-NG 41

GRAY — Senior center Skye Dole tossed a game-high 12 points to lead Fryeburg to a 43-41 triumph over Gray-New Gloucester in WMC girl’s basketball action Tuesday.

The Raiders (4-6) overcame a 12-point deficit and held the Patriots (6-5) to 10 second half points. Julia Quinn went 4-for-4 from the foul line in the final quarter and collected eight free throws in the contest.

Freshman guard Alica Dumont and senior center Stephanie Greaton posted 10 points each for Gray-New Gloucester in the losing effort.

Spruce Mountain 49, Telstar 20

JAY — Nicole Hamblin recorded a team-high 12 points in a balanced attack as Spruce Mountain coasted to a 49-20 victory over Telstar in girls’ basketball action Tuesday.

Tori Ryerson provided a game-high 15 points for the lion’s share of the Pheonix (10-0) offense. Ryerson tallied three three-point field goals.

Kailee Newcomb contributed eight points, eight rebounds and three assists for the Rebels (1-10) in the losing effort.

Boothbay 49, Mountain Valley 33

BOOTHBAY — Morgan Crocker tickled the twines with 22 points to lead Boothbay to a 49-33 victory over Mountain Valley in girls’ basketball action Tuesday.

Sara Durgan also performed strong on offense for the Seahawks (5-6), posting 17 points. Boothbay led 22-12 at halftime.

Nine of eleven players put points on the board for the Falcons (4-7) as Karen Flaherty posted a team-high nine points in the losing effort.

Madison 52, Dirigo 51

DIXFIELD — Senior guard Alex Jarvais hit a pair of threes down the stretch to lift Madison to a 52-51 victory over Dirigo in MVC girls’ basketball action Tuesday.

The Bulldogs (7-3) jumped out to a 20-13 first quarter lead. Sophomore guard Kayla Bess and Jarvais recorded 10 points each in a balanced attack for Madison.

Junior forward Kelsey Hutchins plowed her way through the offense for the Cougars (7-3), scoring 21 points and notching a double-double with 11 rebounds and five steals in the losing effort.

Mt. Blue 56, Brunswick 43

FARMINGTON — Junior forward Addie Brinkman scored a game-high 15 points as Mt. Blue extinguished Brunswick’s fire with a 56-43 victory in KVAC girls’ basketball action Tuesday.

Eryn Doiron came off the bench for the Cougars (6-5) to contribute 11 points for a determined Mt. Blue.

Hall-Dale 55, Lisbon 44

LISBON — Allison Crockett had ten baskets for 20 points to lead Hall-Dale to a 55-44 victory over Lisbon in girls’ varsity basketball action.

Nicole Pelletier and Danni Sweet each had 11 points in the victory for Hall-Dale.

Bree Sautter dropped in three 3s on her way to 15 points in the losing effort. Adrianna White had 13 points for the Greyhounds.

Mt. Ararat 76, Edward Little 65

TOPSHAM — Shyheim Ulrickson was on point Tuesday night, setting a school record with 10 three-pointers and tallying a total of 44 points on the day, as Mt. Ararat topped Edward Little 76-65 in a boys’ basketball contest.

Kevin Carter chipped in 12 points to pace the Eagles (6-6).

Lew Jensen and Andrew Middleton led the Red Eddies (6-5) with 22 and 15 points respectively.

Morse 55, Leavitt 53

BATH — Ethan Winglass netted a game high 18 points in a game that came down to the wire, as Morse edged Leavitt 55-53 in boys’ KVAC basketball action on Tuesday night.

The Shipbuilders (8-3) were paced by Kevin McDonough with 12 points and Jacob Freeman with 11. Mitchell Davis led the scoring effort for the Hornets (3-7) with 15 points, while Zach Goulette tallied 11.

Brunswick 58, Mt. Blue 34

BRUNSWICK — Senior Blake Gordon was hot on Tuesday night, dropping in a game-high 21 points, five from behind the arc, to lead Brunswick to a commanding 58-34 win over Mt. Blue in boys’ basketball action.

The Dragons (7-4) outscored Mt. Blue 21-5 in the second quarter and never looked back after that to secure the victory. Freshman Zackary Middelstadt led the Cougars in scoring with nine points on the night.

Poland 51, Kennebunk 34

POLAND — Junior Alan Young drained 15 points to lead Poland to a 51-34 victory over Kennebunk in WMC boys’ basketball action Tuesday.

CJ Martin contributed 10 points on four field goals and a pair of free throws for Poland.
