A few weeks ago I saw a story on television about how a cat had been shot in the head with an arrow. The incident took place in Waldoboro. It was said the act was done at close range, so the cat must have been familiar with the person who shot it.

I know there are more imortant things going on in the world that need to be taken care of, but why hasn’t the person who did that brutal, horrible thing been found and punished?

Anyone who would do such a cruel thing has probably done other cruel things. Someone must know who that person is and needs to speak up.

The brute who did it needs to be severely punished. I pray that God will punish whoever did it if no one else does.
