INDUSTRY — Two people got “quite a ride” Tuesday morning when their car went off Route 43, police said.
Zachary Vadnais, 22, of Industry was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt east at about 10:30 a.m. when he came around a corner and the car slid off into the snow, narrowly missing trees, Maine State Police Trooper Jed Malcore said at the scene.
“It was quite a ride,” Vadnais said.
Neither he nor his passenger, Jenny Vadnais, 22, was hurt.
Members of the Industry Fire Department helped with traffic control near the scene at 1350 Industry Road.
Farmington Towing removed the car.
