- On Saturday Jan. 25, Phoenix Academy of Martial Arts in Auburn held a Board Breaking Seminar on Jan. 25. Students and other participants learned the art of Tamashiwari (breaking). Students were instructed in proper form and techniques to safely break the boards. They were supervised by instructors Donna and Harry Harris. Two-year-old Pemberly attempts to break a board.
