BRIDGTON — The Bridgton Community Center hosts free Community Kettle Dinners from 5 to 6 p.m. each Thursday at 15 Depot St.
In 2013, 17 different churches, service clubs, businesses, government partners and friends provided wonderful dinners for folks in the Bridgton area.
In 2014, sponsors who have already served meals include Anne Krieg and Gary Colello, Chickadee Quilters, Bridgton Lions Club, Carmen and Grace (BCC) and Bridgton Academy.
Several dates remain open for support and the rest are as follows:
Feb. 13: Open
Feb. 20: Boy Scout troop 149
Feb. 27: Open
March 6: Isaiah and Friends
March 13: Krieg & Schofield, town of Bridgton
March 20: Bridgton Lake Region Rotary
March 27: No dinner; chamber after hours at BCC
April 3: Open
April 10: Open
April 17: Bridgton Rotary
April 24: Boy Scout troop 149
All other dates are open.
