The Tri-Town Ministerial Association Good Neighbor Fuel Fund was the recipient of $2,520 from Bailey Bros., a Ford Motor Co. dealer, at the Fuel Fund Christmas Party on Dec. 26.
The funds were raised at the Drive 4 UR Community event during the Livermore Falls Apple Pumpkin Festival.
Drive 4 UR Community is an annual event held by Bailey Bros. of Livermore Falls for charitable organizations, schools and other community organizations. Individuals have the opportunity to test drive a new Ford vehicle with no obligations to buy, with the sponsored organization receives $20 for each test drive up to a total of $6,000.
The Fuel Fund aids residents in the Livermore, Livermore Falls and Jay area with emergency fuel assistance through Western Maine Community Action in Wilton.
