- New Sharon town officials, from left, Selectmen Forrest Bonney, Russell Gardner, Treasurer Bonita Lehigh, Town Clerk and Tax Collector Rose Mary McCormick and Board of Selectmen Chairman Maynard Webster, gathered at the town office Friday afternoon to honor McCormick. She is retiring after a total of 16 years serving in the positions. She will not seek re-election at the March 1 town meeting. Code Enforcement Officer Jim Fleming, Deputy Town Clerk Susan Anneley and former town treasurer Mariam Smith also attended.
