LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce announced the dates of the monthly Chamber Mastermind workshops.
Due to a snowstorm, the first session of Chamber Mastermind — a monthly program for small business — will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18. The programs will continue on the third Tuesday of every month through December. All meetings will occur at the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce, 415 Lisbon St.
Each meeting will be facilitated by Kurk Lalemand, LPBC, of Next Level Business Coaching. Each meeting will start with an informal half hour of networking, to be followed by a short presentation from a guest speaker on a topic of great importance to small businesses. That will be followed by a roundtable discussion on timely issues where participants will get answers to questions important to them.
Program topics include: March 18 — “Top Five Tips For Working On Your Business Not In It”; April 15 — “Top Five Sales Tips For Those Who Hate to Sell”; May 20 — “Top Five People Tips”; June 17 — “Top Five Cash Management Strategies”; July 22 — “Top Five Tips on Productivity”; Aug. 19 — “Top Five Things You Can Do To Motivate Staff”; Sept. 16 — “Selling Your Product or Service”; Oct. 21 — “Top Five Prospecting Tactics”; Nov. 18 — “Top Five Marketing Tactics”; Dec. 16 — “Top Owner’s Skills.”
The program will cost $10 per session or $50 for the yearlong program (10 sessions).
