One of three 240-barrel fermenters is lifted from a truck by a crane from Cote Crane & Rigging at Baxter Brewing in Lewiston on Tuesday. The fermenters were put in place, finishing a yearlong, $2 million expansion. The three 8,000-gallon fermenters will allow the company to brew 24 hours a day, a process that will help fill demand. Only about 30 percent of orders were filled in 2012, said company founder Luke Livingston.
