NORWAY — Dottie Bell of Thunder Hill Farm in Waterford will offer information on buying meats in bulk at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8, at the Old Squire Farm Market, 493 Main St.
Bell will have handouts full of detailed information and will answer questions. Discover how meats purchased in bulk (by the side) from the farmer works.
Bell will also have information on her Highland cattle and the benefits of local grass-fed beef.
Samples of Highland beef will be available to try. There will be special pricing on sample packages of 100 percent grass-fed Highland beef.
