HARMONY — Carson Hill Outdoor Recreation and Entertainment will start its sixth season with the “Mainepeace Jam Music Festival” on May 16-18 at Freedom Field, 75 Carson Hill Rd.
The line-up features 14-plus bands, including Dime Store Heroes, Nippin’ the Nub, The Dan Hudson Band, Planetary Circus Kingdom, Stream Reggae and Between the Lines.
The gate opens Friday at noon. Camping tickets are $50 online and $60 at the gate; day tickets are $25 online and $30 at the gate; 40 percent discount for this festival to Maine residents and active and retired military personnel with ID.
Food and craft vendors, a bounce house for kids and a recreation area with a horseshoe tournament on Saturday afternoon are some other features.
