- Iceout appears to have occurred on Lake Pennesseewassee in Norway on Thursday as strong winds whip whitecaps across the open waters. Chunky ice still covered a section of the lake by Crockett Ridge Road on Thursday afternoon. At that time, the state did not recognize the lake on its official ice-out list.
