AUBURN — Comedy Fix XIV will take place at 8 p.m. Friday, May 9, at the Auburn Fireside Inn. All net proceeds will benefit the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society. Comedy Fix founder Mark Turcotte will host comedians
, Josh Day, Greg Boggis, Aharon Hebert and Jake Jacobson.
Mulloy, a regular on the Boston scene, has performed at the Women in Comedy Festival and is currently competing in the national World Series of Comedy contest.
New Hampshire’s Day has featured for Comedy Central’s Juston McKinney and performed at the Hampton Beach Comedy Festival and LAME Comedy Fest. Boggis, also from N.H., performs throughout New England and New York City and has been seen in a number of television commercials including the Maine State Lottery.
Lewiston’s Hebert was a finalist in Portland’s Funniest Professional contest. He is a member of the Portland Comedy Co-op and performed in the Southern Illinois Improv Festival. Jacobson hails from Brownfield, and hosts the Lakeside Laugh Lab in Denmark. He also took first place in the 2013 Crazy Camel Hookah Lounge Comedy Contest.
