- John Kezal of Rumford is sworn in for another three-year term on the Maine Veterans’ Home Board of Trustees by state Rep. Sheryl Briggs, D-Mexico, at the Mexico Town Office on Tuesday. Kezal, who volunteered for 12 years as the South Paris liaison for the Maine Veterans’ Home, originally was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2012, after former member Royce Knowles passed away. Kezal will help oversee the state’s six veterans’ homes.
