LEWISTON — Central Maine Medical Center confirmed Sunday night that George Bourgoin, 68, of Lewiston remains in critical condition after a head-on collision Saturday.
Sabattus Street was partially closed and two other people went to the hospital following the 11:20 a.m. crash.
Bourgoin was initially reported as sustaining life-threatening injuries following the collision with Jeff Pomerleau, 40, of Lewiston. Bourgoin’s passenger, his 13-year-old nephew, also was taken to the hospital with less severe injuries hospital and later released, police reported.
