WISCASSET — Officials say a fire in an industrial shop at Two Bridges Regional Jail was quickly doused.

Firefighters said it took about an hour to put out the fire after it was reported around 6 a.m. Thursday.

No one was hurt.

The fire didn’t affect jail operations.
