- Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty announces that broker Juanita Bean-Smith, left, has been honored by the Mountains Council of Realtors as 2014 Realtor of the Year. Caryn Dreyfuss, 2015 Mountains Council president, right, presented her with the award. Bean-Smith was nominated for her contributions to the advancement of the real estate profession through her active involvement to the Mountains Council of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Through her educational and professional accomplishments as well as her civic and community involvement, she is regarded as a venerable leader in the real estate industry, as well as within the surrounding community. She will also be recognized at the Maine annual convention in October when the Maine Realtor of the Year will be chosen from the regional councils’ award recipients.
