The mobile kitchen opened June 1 across from Simard/Payne Memorial Park on Oxford Street, said Ron Kyllonen, father of the owner, Sarah Jeanne Kyllonen. Meat, except ribs, from local farms are the specialty. St. Louis ribs, brisket, pulled pork, roasted chicken, smoked sausage, burgers and dogs are on the menu, along with a slew of sides. Moose’s BBQ is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
