WAYNE — The auction kicks off with an opening celebration from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 3, at the Lakeside Ladd House, 505 Main St. A live Auction will be featured, as well as catered refreshments and live music. Celebration tickets are $10 per person.
The silent auction hours and bidding will begin at the Wayne Community Church, Fellowship Hall, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 3, and continue Friday, July 4, from 9 a.m. to noon, and Saturday, July 5, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. “Buy it now” prices will be available on most items.
The silent auction will end on Saturday, July 5, from 5 to 7 p.m. with a pulled pork barbecue and vegetarian option. At 6 p.m. the auction ends and items will be ready for pickup by 6:30.
This year’s auction features diners across Maine. Getaways in Rangeley, Camden and Vermont and top-of-the-line Aruba restaurants and Island Cruise will be offered. There also will be sports memorabilia and the “Made in Wayne” section, showcasing local talent.
