MINOT — The Minot Historical Society will hold a fundraiser yard sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday, July 18-19, at the society’s new home, 493 Center Minot Hill Road.
The sale will feature good value items, hot dogs, baked beans and an opportunity to visit the house interior.
The new home, the former parsonage, was paid for by subscription of the members of the church including William Ladd who donated the land. The Rev. Elijah Jones’ family was large and they needed a lot of room.
For more information or to donate yard sale items, except clothing, call Eda at 346-0951 or Hester at 345-3040.
