- “My husband normally does the tires, but he’s working on (Scott Mulken’s) car right now, so I’m doing the tires,” said Kerry Keiper of Mooresville, N.C., at Oxford Plains Speedway on Saturday. Keiper was in town with four drivers who hope to get into the Oxford 250 race Sunday.
