Seniors plan meal, trip
PERU — Rumford Senior Citizens of Peru will hold a luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8.

Dixfield Historical Society
DIXFIELD — The Dixfield Historical Society will hold its first fall meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, at the Museum House, 59 Main St.
Jane Morrison Bubar will present a short program on the Babb Family and on families with connections to Holt Hill and East Dixfield.
A short business meeting will be held as well as the drawing for the summer gift basket. Tickets are still available at Towle’s Corner Store. New members are always welcome.
