FARMINGTON — Public memorial services for James W. Farley, “Pop,” were held Saturday afternoon, Sept. 6, from Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road, Routes 2 and 27, with the Rev. Dr. Douglas Dunlap and Rhonda Wiles-Rosell co-officiating.

Musical selections included “On Eagles’ Wings,” Jody Linn’s version of “Ten Thousand Angels” and “What A Day That Will Be” and Josh Groban’s “You Raise Me Up.” Personal eulogies were given by his sons, James “Jim” Farley, Jonathan “Jon” Farley and Joel Farley.

Following services, a reception was held at the Center. Private family committal services will be held in the fall at Lakeview Cemetery in Wilton.
