Quilters to meet Sept. 11

RUMFORD — RAQ (Rumford Area Quilters) will meet Thursday, Sept. 11, at 1 p.m. at the Rumford United Methodist Church, Linnell Street. All area quilters are invited.

Projects and ideas for the coming year will be discussed. Bring your summer quilting projects for Show and Tell. For more information call 562-7050.

Spaghetti supper at Legion

DIXFIELD — A spaghetti and meatballs supper will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at the American Legion Hall, 18 River Lane.

Cost is $5.

All proceeds will benefit the Wounded Heroes Program which will be visiting.
