Recently, I met an angel. It was in the person of a young man named Eric who was miraculously sent on the Veterans Memorial Bridge to pick up my lost wallet.

In the afternoon, I got a phone call from someone at Bolster Heights, informing me that an employee had found my wallet. At first, I was emotionally overjoyed, then proceeded to go to meet this man — my “honest deaf angel.”

That man’s small random act of kindness has touched me and several others, who witnessed his humble account of how it happened.

I will keep him in my heart and daily prayers, always.

Eric, you are my angel, and I thank you.
