LEWISTON — The YPLAA are offering a fun and informative evening with Androscoggin County Chamber president Chip Morrison as he dresses and plays the part of Epictetus, Greek sage and Stoic philosopher, offering tips on “How to Remove Stress from Your Personal and Professional Life.”

Registration begins at 5 p.m. with the program from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, at The Chamber, 415 Lisbon St., Lewiston.
