OXFORD — Members of the board of directors of the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce were present on Monday, Sept. 22, for a ribbon cutting ceremony welcoming the new Aroma Joe’s, located on 1578 Main Street in Oxford. The new business features 55 different beverage flavors to choose from and an extensive menu.
