LEWISTON — Lewiston-based classical homeopathic medicine practitioner Stephen Kottler, HMC, will speak Saturday, Oct. 18, at an event organized by the Brain Science Foundation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

Kottler will address brain tumor patients and caregivers about the role of homeopathic medicine in helping with the management of all stages of cancer treatment, from diagnosis through chemotherapy and surgery to long-term recovery.

Homeopathic medicine is a unique system of holistic energy medicine whose roots trace to the 18th century. It promotes individualized physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness by stimulating the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
