- Kathryn Clement and her dog Guida pose with the dog tag and T-shirt they earned during the Franklin County Animal Shelter’s first Strut for Strays 5K Run and Dog Walk held Saturday at Titcomb Mountain in Farmington. Almost 80 people participated, Erin Miner, volunteer/website coordinator for the shelter, said. “It was a great success,” she added. “We are excited to have even more next year.” All dog race finishers received special event tags, and all runners have a new T-shirt for their efforts.
