- Dressed for Halloween as Bozo the Clown, Mike Hargraves of Mexico popped into Congress Street businesses on Friday in Rumford, spreading Halloween spirit to customers, employees and owners. He said a friend and former neighbor came to Mexico on Friday from the Lewiston-Auburn area to do his costume makeup. “By 8 o’clock though, it’s coming off,” he said as he left the Sun Journal office and headed to the next business.
