- A 2009 Toyota RAV4 driven by Cecilia Arsenault, 78, of Franklin Street in Rumford, and a 2001 Volkswagen Cabrio driven by Linda Wilt, 55, of Pine Street in Rumford collided at the intersection of Franklin Street and Lincoln Avenue in Rumford at 3:13 p.m. Friday, police Sgt. Douglas Maifeld said. Arsenault said she was not injured. Wilt complained of back pain and went to Rumford Hospital a half block away, Maifeld said. Arsenault was driving north on Franklin Street and Wilt was driving east on Lincoln Avenue when the vehicles collided, he said. No charges were filed.
