ENFIELD (AP) — Authorities have released the name of the woman who died in a two-vehicle crash in Enfield last weekend.

Police said Monday that 64-year-old Karla Kenniston, of Portland, died in the collision at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 2 in the Penboscot County town.

Six other people were injured, including a 48-year-old man who remained in critical condition Monday night at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.

Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Troy Morton says Kenniston was a rear seat passenger in an SUV that was struck by another SUV that crossed the centerline. She was wearing a seat belt.
