WELLS — Fire crews were called to the scene of a three-alarm fire at the Wells transfer station early this morning, WMTW News 8 reported.

Captain Jeffrey Cullen with the Wells Fire Department told News 8 the fire began about 3 a.m and was fully involved when crews arrived. The fire was contained and no injuries were reported.

The state fire marshal’s office has been called in to help determine a cause of the fire.
