TOPSHAM — Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, employee-owned engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil/infrastructure services throughout the Northeast, announced that Theresa Scalia, an engineering technician providing CAD support to the Building Design Services Group, has joined the Topsham office.

Scalia grew up in Lewiston and currently resides in Monmouth.
