* James Richard Westfall, 35, of 146 Pierce St., on a warrant, 7:45 p.m. Thursday at 38 Walnut St.

* Katie Stevens, 22, of 17 Saint Ann St., Lisbon, on a charge of violating conditions of release, 6:45 p.m. Thursday on Center Street.
* Jessica Reilly, 33, of 2 Howe St., on a charge of theft, 7:15 p.m. Thursday on Spring Street.
* Philip Whitmore, 53, of 341 Turner St., on a charge of driving while intoxicated, 11:20 p.m. Thursday on Center Street.
Accidents
Lewiston
* A car driven by Aaron F. Demillo, 26, of Jay, struck the back of a car driven by Bruce Allen, 63, of Leeds, while Leeds was stopped in traffic at 7:50 a.m. Thursday on Main Street near Stetson Road. The impact forced Allen’s car into an SUV driven by Joseph G. Stilwell, 32, of Greene, who was also stopped. Damage to Demillo’s 2007 Ford was listed as functional. Damage to Allen’s 2004 Subaru and to the 2014 Jeep, driven by Stilwell and owned by Geico Insurance, was listed as minor.
* Vehicles driven by Laurent Ngirakamaro, 31, of Lewiston, and Steven Bragdon, 61, of Auburn, collided at 6:22 a.m. Monday on Main Street. According to a police report, Ngirakamaro lost control of his car on ice and slid into the oncoming lane, causing the collision. Damage to the 2003 Volvo, driven by Ngirakamaro and owned by Jeanne Mugisha, of Lewiston, was listed as functional, as was damage to the 2005 Freightliner truck, driven by Bragdon and owned by Paula L. Hakala, of South Paris.
* Linda C. Abbott, 64, of Lewiston, lost control of her car and struck a guardrail while making a turn off Old Lisbon Road at 6:12 p.m. Monday. Damage to her 2001 Kia was listed as functional.
