The show will feature retired meat-man and local entrepreneur Jon Holmes as guest host. Producer Scot Grassette said, “Jon makes the perfect host, he’s well known (and mostly liked) in the community from being a long-time Poodunk snowmobile club president and member, volunteer firefighter, businessman and volunteer at the information center.”

The evening’s musical guest will be Ralph Arsenault of whom Grassette said, “Ralph is a friend of mine from high school, he comes from a family that is rich in music in this community, his late father Mickey inspired the whole family to appreciate the art of music. We’re excited for Ralph to take the stage with us.”

The show will be directed by Duane Glover. Returning to the show are Tammy Schmersal, Zac Calden, Amanda Hamner, Eric Schmersal, Jen Foster, Duane Glover, Grassette and Mike Brennick returning as his character Rod Wankerman from Wankerman’s Hardware in a skit that cannot have too many innuendos.

New to the cast is Ronnie Hutchinson who will be featured in several skits including Trenchy’s Jingle, Animal Thoughts, and more.

There will also be a few short films by Rumford natives. Steve Day stars and acts in “The Breakup”; there will be a commercial parody featuring Stew Smith called “Foil.”

Friday Night Live will take place at 49 Franklin’s Mystic Theater. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for seating, social and a menu of pub food.
