BRIDGTON — Alan B. Langburd, M.D., a cardiologist, is seeing patients at Bridgton Hospital Specialty Clinics.

Prior to beginning his work at Bridgton Hospital, Langburd practiced at Central Maine Heart Associates, the cardiology practice at Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute in Lewiston. He also served as director of cardiac rehabilitation at CMHVI and hosted a part-time cardiology clinic at Bridgton Hospital.

Langburd is certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He has authored and co-authored numerous articles that have been published in various professional medical journals.

The Bridgton Hospital cardiology practice is accepting new patients for cardiology consults, follow-up visits and cardiac testing. Cardiac testing services at Bridgton Hospital include stress testing, echocardiograms, dobutamine stress testing, Holter monitoring, cardiac nuclear stress testing, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and EKGs.
