FARMINGTON — Regional School Unit 9 has received a Carol M. White Physical Education Program Grant to increase its after-school shuttle bus service from two to four days a week, Superintendent Tom Ward announced in a release.

“We hope that by providing this service on a more consistent basis, we will have an increased number of students involved in after-school sports and activities,” he said.

The change should provide support for students who may otherwise have no transportation and for parents who may have work schedule conflicts.

The buses will run Monday through Thursday.
