BETHEL — The Mt. Abram Roadrunners scored 18 points in the fourth quarter en route to the 50-43 victory over the Telstar Rebels in girls’ basketball.
Marya Beedy had 14 points to lead the Roadrunners (2-11) while Olivia Ryan chipped in with 13 points.
Hayley Peterson led all scorers with 18 points to pace Telstar (0-13). while Becca Howard had 14.
Boys’ basketball
Telstar 46, Mt. Abram 30
BETHEL — The Telstar Rebels had 30 of their points come from two players in a 46-30 victory over the Mt. Abram Roadrunner in boys’ basketball Thursday night.
Avery and Maverik Griffin each had 15 points as the Rebels improve 5-8 on the season.
Mt. Abram’s (3-10) leading scorers were Quinton Hama with 12 points and Tristen Dyer with 11.
