AUBURN — A father and daughter and his girlfriend appeared in court Thursday after all three were charged in February in connection with a pot-growing operation at their Sabattus home.

David Bizier, 51, was charged with aggravated trafficking of a scheduled drug, a Class B crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Police said Bizier had prior convictions.

An Androscoggin County Superior Court judge set Bizier’s bail at $5,000 and ordered that he have no use or possession of illegal drugs and that he would be subject to random search and testing for drugs. He also was charged with violating terms of his probation that stemmed from a 2013 drug-trafficking charge that resulted in a five-year prison sentence with all but one week suspended.

His daughter, Julia, 19, and Erin Crosby, 35, also were charged with Class B unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. Bail for each of the women was set at $500.

All three are free on bail.

Police seized roughly 150 marijuana plants, about five pounds of processed marijuana and more than $6,000 in cash after a weeklong investigation and a search of the home.
