RANGELEY — The annual meeting of the Maine Forestry Museum (formerly the Rangeley Lakes Region Logging Museum) will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, at the Forestry Museum, 221 Stratton Road.
The purpose of the meeting is to elect directors and officers, and to conduct other museum business. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
In accordance with the current by-laws, the board may have up to 14 directors. Write-in candidates are also accepted for all positions. Candidates do not need to be full-time residents of the Rangeley region to be on the board.
Those who wish to be considered should submit a name by April 20 to be placed on the ballot.
Dues are due prior to April 20; mail to MFM, PO Box 154, Rangeley, ME 04970.
