1948 – 2015
OXFORD — Donna M. Brulotte, 66, of Oxford, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 4, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Rumford on Dec. 23, 1948, daughter of Donald and Ida (Eastman) Packard. She attended Pownal area schools and graduated from Andover Business College, earning two associate degrees.
Donna worked many years as a controller at Johnson & Jordan Plumbing & Heating in Scarborough. Prior to that, she had worked as an office manager for Commercial Welding in South Portland.
She loved being in the outdoors and was a member of the Bog Hooters ATV Club. She enjoyed kayaking, hiking and traveling. Donna was an avid reader and loved working with stained glass.
Donna faithfully served her country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
She had lived in Oxford for the past year, after moving from Saco.
Surviving are her husband, Raymond Brulotte of Oxford; two sons, Robert Heavel and his wife, Barbara, of Waterboro, and Ernest Heavel and his wife, Christine, of Westbrook; two daughters, Dawn Harney and her husband, Chris, of Oxford, and Tara Biondolillo and her husband, John, of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two stepdaughters, Melanie Boutin and Jessica Luigi, both of Saco; two brothers, Ralph Packard of Florida and Brad Packard of Charlotte, N.C.; and a sister, Heidi Packard of Westbrook.
Donna is predeceased by her mother, Ida Packard; and her brother, Edward Packard.
