RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the Life of Sheryl O’Leary was celebrated at 9 a.m., Tuesday, April 14, at Parish of the Holy Savior.
The Rev. Greg Dube was the celebrant, and Bernard Poirier was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “How Lovely is Your Dwelling Place,” “Softly and Tenderly Jesus Is Calling,” “You Are Mine,” and “Fly Like A Bird.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by sister-in-law, Patti Drakus, and the New Testament was proclaimed by sister-in-law, Anne Clifford. Prayer of the Faithful was offered by niece, Brianne Drakus. Offertory gifts were presented by niece, Emily Clifford; and sister-in-law, Marcie Surette. Personal reflections were shared by son, Jamie O’Leary. Pallbearers were Arthur Clifford, Walter Drakus, Shaun Drakus, Donald O’Leary, Richard White and Paul Hamel.
A reception was catered by S.G. Thibault Funeral Home and served by the Daughters of Isabella in the parish hall. Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery.
