LEWISTON — A memorial gathering for Dr. Eric C. Griffey was held Thursday evening, May 7, at Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home. The gathering included Words of Remembrance from Dr. Griffey’s son, Eric, who thanked all for coming in support of the Griffey family, as well as Larry, who shared with all in attendance that his life was saved by Dr. Griffey.

Services concluded with U.S. Navy honor detail playing “taps” and presenting our country’s flag to Dr. Griffey’s son, Eric, in recognition of his father’s service to his country during the Vietnam Conflict.
