Miss Lowell is the daughter of Tammy Lowell and Daniel Kiesman of Norway. She is a graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.

Mr. Bartlett is the son of Mina Chadwick of Lewiston. He is a graduate of Lewiston High School.

A July 18, 2017 wedding is planned.
