Charegs
The following will be arraigned on July 13 in 11th District Court:
* Christopher Touchette, 30, of Rumford, aggravated trafficking in Percocet, 1:52 p.m. June 1. He was released on $4,000 unsecured bail.
* John Robichaud, 50, of Rumford, operating under the influence, 12:51 a.m. May 30 on Waldo Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
* Jeremy Brooks, 41, of Carthage, operating after suspension, 10:39 p.m. May 29. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
Incidents
* At 6:14 p.m. May 29, a Kennebec Street resident reported that her swimming pool was vandalized. Officer Lawrence Briggs is investigating.
* At 9:23 a.m. May 29, a local gas station reported two separate gas drive-offs. Cpl. Donald Miller is investigating.
* At 1:24 a.m. May 29, a Knox Street resident reported that three tires were cut on their vehicle. The resident chased the suspect, who got away. However, the victim identified the suspect to police and, following an investigation, officer Brad Gallant subsequently summoned the 20-year-old Rumford man on charge of criminal mischief for causing $600 damage.
