The regular meeting starts at 7 p.m. and topics include buses to Portland, funding for L/A Arts and permits for the July 4 Liberty Festival.

Lewiston High School, Bates College and Tufts Medical School graduate Jennifer Bergeron will speak and Lewiston High School Principal Shawn Chabot and others will answer questions. LEWISTON — Ever wonder what’s in the Somali halal stores? Tour them during Lewiston-Auburn’s World Refugee Day, celebrating refugee entrepreneurs and their contributions to economic development. Opening ceremony at Lewiston Public Library, followed by tours of local African businesses on Lisbon Street, 4 to 6 p.m. Free and open to the public. Halals participating include Global Halal Market, Al Fatah Variety Store and Dayah Store.
AUBURN — Conservation Commission, 6 p.m. in Room 204, second floor of Auburn Hall. Meeting topics include the city’s woodlot management ordinance and marking July as National Parks and Recreation month.

LEWISTON — Historic Review Board meeting, 3 p.m. in the Administrative Conference room on the bottom floor of City Hall. Meeting topics include a review of exterior renovations proposed for the Agora Grand Events Center, formerly the St. Patrick’s Parish on Bates Street. The meeting was originally scheduled for June 4, but was postponed.
